Getting Started
- 01Your accountant's job is to make sure your books are accurate, your tax is lodged, and you stay compliant. That's essential, but it's largely backward-looking. A business advisor works with you on what's happening now and what's coming next: cashflow, performance, strategy, and commercial decisions. Think of your accountant as your historian and your advisor as your co-pilot. Most business owners need both, but many only have one.
- 02It's a straightforward 15–20minute conversation - no preparation needed on your end. We'll ask about your business, what's working, what's creating pressure, and where you're trying to get to. From there we can tell you honestly whether we can help and what that might look like. There's no obligation and no hard sell. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you.
- 03It depends on what you're working on. If you're in financial distress, the priority is stabilising the position quickly, and that can mean meaningful progress within weeks. For advisory and growth work, most clients start to feel the difference within the first 60–90 days as clarity replaces uncertainty. We're focused on practical outcomes, not long engagements for their own sake.
- 04Our focus is the South West region - Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River and surrounding areas. We've chosen to go deep in one region rather than spread thin across the state. That said, if your business is nearby and the fit is right, we're happy to have a conversation.
